Mission statement
(adopted 12/99):
The mission of the Advocates Committee is to promote greater interaction
and understanding between the regional industrial community and
the College of Engineering, Technology, and Computer Science.
Our goals are:

to increase the opportunities available to students by maintaining
an active scholarship program;

to create opportunities for continuing education;
-
to assist with accreditation and resource issues;
-
to enhance our ability to bring focus to the curriculum by
encouraging direct interaction between practitioners and faculty.
