Deadline for submission of Essay & City Narrative (formerly called Abstract) is January 8, 2010 by 5 p.m.
Coordinator must receive the electronic copy (via email) by January 8 by 5 p.m.
Hardcopy must be postmarked by January 8, 2010
5 point deduction for late submissions (teams must do both the web site and postal mail submission)

Essay length is 700-1,000 words not counting title and bibliography, captions do count toward the word count. Students must submit a reference page citing at least 3 sources of information with the essay. NOTE: You may not use Wikipedia as a reference.
