Indiana Tournament System Process

All registrations are done through this website - www.etcs.ipfw.edu/fll.
48 teams will earn a spot to compete at the FLL Indiana Championship Tournament after first competing and qualifying through one of the six Indiana Qualifying Tournaments which are scheduled from November 14-22.
From October 12 (7:30 a.m. EDT) - October 16, 2009 (5 p.m. EDT) Indiana teams can register for one of the six Indiana Qualifying Tournaments.
Registration for all Indiana Qualifying Tournaments will be closed on Friday, October 16, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. EDT
Teams that advance to the Official Indiana Tournament held at IPFW must register on this website within 24 hours of qualification in order to secure their spot at the tournament.

Important Login Information

You will be prompted for a USERNAME and PASSWORD.
The USERNAME & PASSWORD ARE THE SAME: YOUR UNIQUE FLL TEAM NUMBER. Do NOT use the password you use on the FLL registration page.

Online Registration Form

CHOOSING YOUR QT: Once you are logged in, complete the online registration form. Note that there is a drop down menu WITHIN the form where you will choose a Qualifying Tournament.
FULL TOURNAMENTS: If you choose a tournament that appears to be open and receive a message saying the tournament is full after you have submitted the online form, that means the tournament filled while you were completing your form. Please follow the directions provided to choose an alternate tournament.
IMPORTANT: Note the length of the registration time period will only be one week long this year. Tournaments will fill quickly on a first come, first serve basis. Due to potential capacity issues in certain locations, all teams are asked to register for a tournament that is located nearest to them. In the case of extenuating circumstances, Indiana tournament officials reserve the right to request that teams choose an alternate tournament location.

Print and Mail the Confirmation Form with Registration Fee

By submitting the online form, you have reserved a spot. To complete the registration process, print and mail the confirmation form with the registration fee to the address indicated. After online submission, all changes to team information should be made directly to your Qualifying Tournament Director. See Indiana Championship website for contact information.

We have downloaded your team numbers into our database, you will be able to register as soon as the Indiana registration opens.
