November 17th ~ We had our second meeting of the year. David Heindel was our guest speaker; he told us about his experiences with the Baja Competition from last school year. We further discussed the future of Formula SAE and decided to meet on Monday November 24th to organize a Formula Committee.
October 25th ~ We traveled to Lawrence Tech University of Southfield, Michigan and attended a Formula SAE Workshop. From attending, we gained a new perspective of the Formula competition offered by SAE. We plan on attending this same Workshop next year when we have a team for the running.
October 6th ~ Our first meeting of the school year created interest in the competitions offered by ASME & SAE. Formula SAE was one competition everyone was interested in. SAE's Supermileage competition and ASME's Mars Rocks competition were also considered for the future.
Our Formula SAE committee is now forming.
Join SAE and participate in this groundbreaking endeavor!
